Posted: March 29th, 2013 | Author: maia serena | Filed under: Uncategorized | No Comments »Inspired by Lichtensteins use of “ben-day dots” RZA User Jefferson experimented with the “screen covered” option which creates a dot matrix comic book effect. We also printed some other duotone images before the RZA moves to a new home! Did you know you can print a 16 page zine using just one sheet of A3 paper!

Heres Stephanie with a two colour print on newspaper for her LoVe/HatE design course project.

Bettina Kaiser with some trial postcards, testing the parameters before a s/n zine.(Bettinas about to have a baby ANY DAY NOW!)

Some more of Marias 3 colour “flashcards” for an alphabet card project for uni! Making an A=z of hairremoval!!!!

All these are done by practically first time rizza users, taking advantage of the ability to use unusal paper types and sizes, and the super fine detailing of the prints/ >Not to mention the absurdly low costs!!!

ALL “MEMBERS” ACCOUNTS EXTENDED TILL END OF YEAR
Posted: November 13th, 2009 | Author: maia serena | Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: archiving, discounts, memebership, N.A.G.project, submissions | No Comments »ALL who have paid for a meme~bership during any of the last 6 months, or participated in a course, can continue printing at discounted rates for the rest of the year!!!! }}}woo!!{{{
We realise some people paid for say 3 months, and then couldnt take advantage of it as we suddenly had to mooove.!!!
Another project we request you think about:\
>We are archiving “riso” and “big fag” printed materials to be submitted together to the National Art Gallery in canberra. They are interested in purchasing a submission pack?/ perspex box?/ display case?/ of our work.. If you would like to send us two copies of any prints -etc, make sure your NAME is on the back and the date.
They have suggested they are interested in EVERYTHING printed, even if you think it is ephemeral in nature, please still consider submitting!!!
It will be dope to have yr work in the N,A,G, and to see all the output in the one place and know it will be archived carefully!!!
sweeet!
